Please read this policy before purchasing a digital product or joining a paid community offer.
Digital purchases
Digital purchases are final after immediate access is provided. Duplicate charges and verified access problems that remain unresolved are reviewed when reported.
Community cancellations
To cancel a recurring community membership, use the account controls provided by the community platform or email support for help. A cancellation request applies to future billing according to the platform’s processing timing.
Requests
For a cancellation or refund request, email hersideofthebars@gmail.com with the email used for purchase and a short explanation. Requests are reviewed based on the purchase and access record. Sending a request does not guarantee a refund.
